Carolyn has a professional background in social work and communications, and is now a consultant trainer, MC and public speaker.

Currently working on a variety of projects in the disability, peer support and training space, Carolyn is well known for her networking and ability to relate to any audience.

Successfully recruiting her team of supports to live independently for the past 20 years, and now self-managing her NDIS package, Carolyn trains and empowers others to build their confidence and take control of their lives.

We recently had staff attend one of your training sessions, from which they left completely inspired, motivated and moved. They described your words as incredibly moving and powerful….. the very experience we would like our guests to share.

Clare Pearson, Share Care CEO

I just wanted to express how much the Anzac Memorial staff enjoyed the training session yesterday with Carolyn. The feedback has been extremely positive with a number of our staff who have attended Disability Awareness training previously saying that this session was by far more informative and engaging.
